1. General Provisions
1.1. Issuer: These terms and conditions apply to all complimentary gift vouchers issued by PixArm (hereinafter referred to as “PixArm” or “The Company”).
1.2. Purpose: The voucher represents a discount certificate for the amount specified on its front side. It is intended to be used by the recipient for partial or full payment of a subsequent photography or videography service provided by PixArm.
1.3. Issuance: The voucher is issued as a bonus upon the full payment and completion of the recipient’s initial service package (e.g., wedding, corporate, or private event booking). The value of the voucher is determined by the specific initial package selected.
2. Conditions of Use
2.1. Eligibility: The voucher is exclusively redeemable by the original recipient (the party who signed the initial service agreement) or a direct immediate family member (spouse, partner, children, or parents), subject to prior notification and approval by PixArm.
2.2. Services: The voucher can be applied as a discount towards any type of photography or videography service offered by PixArm (e.g., birthday party, christening, engagement, wedding etc.).
2.3. Validity Period: The voucher is valid for a period of 24 months from the “Date of Issue” printed on the front of the voucher. Vouchers presented after the expiration date will be considered void and will not be reinstated or redeemed.
2.4. Redemption: The voucher is valid for one-time use only. Once redeemed, the voucher will be collected by PixArm and is considered fully spent, regardless of the remaining balance.
2.5. Non-Refundable Balance: If the cost of the subsequent service is less than the voucher’s nominal value, the remaining unused balance will not be refunded in cash, transferred, or applied to future bookings.
2.6. Minimum Service Value: The voucher can only be applied to a new service booking where the total service cost exceeds the voucher’s nominal value or is at least €500 before the discount is applied. This is to be confirmed by your internal policy.
2.7. Exclusions: Vouchers cannot be used towards booking fees, retainers, deposits, or travel costs. They are applied solely to the final service package price.
3. Restrictions and Limitations
3.1. Non-Cash Value: The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary value (bank transfer or credit) under any circumstances.
3.2. Non-Transferable: The voucher cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to third parties outside of the immediate family exception stated in clause 2.1.
3.3. Loss or Damage: PixArm is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Vouchers will not be replaced or reissued.
3.4. Combinability: The voucher cannot be combined with any other promotions, special offers, discounts, or loyalty programs offered by PixArm, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by The Company.
4. Redemption Process
4.1. Booking Notification: To redeem the voucher, the recipient must notify PixArm of their intention to use the voucher and provide the unique Voucher Code (printed on the front) at the time of booking the new service, and before any contract is signed.
4.2. Verification and Surrender: The original physical or verified digital copy of the voucher must be presented to PixArm for validation. The physical voucher must be surrendered to PixArm upon application of the discount to the final invoice. This process confirms the voucher’s redemption and cancellation.
